Veggies with peppers sauce 

– 1 jar of Piquillo peppers VALLE FERTIL.
– 1 jar of Asparagus VALLE FERTIL 360 gr.
– 7 oz Broccoli.
– 7 oz Colliflower.
– 5.6 oz Mozzarella cheese, grated.
– 5 Tb natural yogurt.
– 1 Tsp pepper.
– Fine herbs, to taste.
– Garlic, salt.


Steam the broccoli and the Colliflower in salted water.

Place the VALLE FERTIL asparagus together with the broccoli and cauliflower, the line the mozzarella cheese on top and cook it to gratin.

Prepare a sauce by blending the yogurt, aromatic herbs, VALLE FERTIL piquillo peppers, garlic and salt.

Pour the freshly made blended sauce over the gratin vegetables and serve.
