
Stuffed artichoke
Ingredients
– 1 jar of artichoke heart VALLE FERTIL.
– 7 oz mushrooms.
– 2 lb. onions [ rojos o blancos o amarillos].
– 7 oz spinach leaves.
– 3.5 oz broccoli.
– 2.8 oz walnuts.
– 1 cup of natural yogurt.
– 4 tb mustard.
– Salt, garlic to taste.
RECIPES
Sauté the onions with the salt and garlic.
Once done, add the broccoli previously cooked, the spinach and chopped mushrooms.
Prepare a sauce by mixing the yogurt with the salt and mustard.
Mix this sauce with the veggies and fill the VALLE FERTIL artichoke hearts.
Serve warm.
