Rolled Ham
Ingredients
– 1 ½ jars of Palm hearts VALLE FERTIL 450 gr.
– 2 medium avocados.
– 8 slices of ham.
– Lime juice to taste.
– Salt, pepper to taste.
– 1 Classic vinaigrette dressing VALLE FERTIL.
– Lettuce leaves.
RECIPES
Mash the avocados, add the lime juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Spread over each slice of ham the mashed avocado and place over it a palm heart and roll.
Serve two rolls per dish and garnish with slices of palm heart and lettuce with the classic VALLE FERTIL vinaigrette dressing.
