Mushrooms with meat sauce 

– 1 jar of Mushrooms VALLE FERTIL.
– 4 tomatoes, diced.
– 1/3 lb. ground meat.
– 1 lb. carrots, finely diced or grated.
– 1 lb. onions, diced.
– 3 units of piquillo peppers VALLE FERTIL.
– 4.6  oz mozzarella cheese, grated.
– Garlic, salt, thyme and parsley.


Mix the VALLE FERTIL mushrooms with the parsley, garlic and salt.

Prepare the spaghetti sauce by browning the onion, garlic, minced VALLE FERTIL piquillo pepper, tomato, carrots and seasoning with the thyme and parsley.

Once the spaghetti sauce is done, pour it over the mushrooms. 

Cover with the grated mozzarella cheese and placed in the oven to gratin.
