– 1 jar mushrooms VALLE FERTIL, cut into slices.
– 3 eggs.
– Evaporated milk, a little.
– 1 lb. onion, chopped .
– Garlic, salt and pepper to taster.
– 1 tsp butter.
– Chopped parsley, to taste.
Wisk together the eggs, milk, garlic, salt, pepper, onions and mushrooms.
Pour into a buttered pan and cook over medium heat.
Serve it and decorate with the parslety.
