Cream of Asparagus
– 1 jar of 360 gr of white asparagus VALLE FERTIL.
– ½ jar of mushrooms VALLE FERTIL.
– 1 lb. tomatoes.
– 1 tb evaporated milk.
– Salt and spices to taste.
– ¼ onion, chopped.
– 0.14 oz mozzarella cheese, grated.
Fry the onion, add the garlic and tomatoes, salt and pepper. When cooked, add the blended asparagus.
Let it boil.
Serve hot or warm covered with fine herbs (no están en los ingredients), the evaporated milk and grated mozzarella cheese.
Suggestion: can be made with evaporated milk light.
