Crab meat, edamame and hearts of palm salad

– 32 onz edamame, defrosted.
– 1 jar haerts of palm 450g VALLE FERTIL, small diced.
– 1 avocado, cut small diced.
– 150g crab meat.


Preheat the broiler.

In a bowl, mix ademame, hearts of palm, avocado and crab meat.

To prepare the dressing: in a jar, mix all of the dressing ingredients.

Pour dressing over the previous mix. Refrigerate and serve.
