Christmas pork 

Ingredients
– 650 gr of pork.
– 4 tsp of VALLE FERTIL smoked bbq.
– 2 tsp of rocoto jelly VALLE FERTIL.
– 1 tsp soya sauce.

RECIPES

Mix the VALLE FERTIL smoked bbq with the VALLE FERTIL rocoto jelly and the soy sauce.

Smear the pork with the mixture.

Bake it until when you puncture it you notice that it is soft, about 1 hour over low heat.
