Asparagus a la King 

– 1 jar of white asparagus VALLE FERTIL 360 gr.
– 1 jar of piquillo peppers VALLE FERTIL.
– 2.2 oz grated mozzarella cheese.
– ½ tsp parsley finely chopped.
– 2 tb natural yogurt.
– Garlic, salt, pepper to taste.


Prepare the sauce by blending the yogurt with the VALLE FERTIL piquillo peppers, garlic, salt and other condiments.

Sauté the VALLE FERTIL asparagus with garlic, salt, pepper and parsley to taste.

Place asparagus in a refractory container and cover with the yogurt sauce.

Finally, add the grated mozzarella cheese and gratin.
