Artichoke bruschetta

– 1 jar marinated artichokes VALLE FERTIL, drained and finely chopped.
– 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated.
– 1/3 cup red onion, finely chopped.
– 5 tablespoons mayonnaise.
– 1 loaf french bread, cut in 1/3″ slices.
– 1 tomato, seeded and finely chopped.
– 1 head of garlic, minced.


Preheat the broiler.

In a medium bowl, mix artichokes, parmesan cheese, red onion and mayonnaise.

Spread each slice of bread with the artichoke mixture. Add chopped tomatoes and garlic.

Place bread slices on a baking sheet. Broil 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown.
